Evelyn Spain is a management professional with extensive leadership, planning, and coordinating experience. She received her B.S. degree from Bradley University in 1980, and subsequently held key positions as Quality Management Consultant for GE; Manager of Software Quality Assurance for Alltell Wireless, as well as GS Applications Tower Manger for CSC. Ms. Spain holds numerous certifications in the areas of Quality Assurance, Capability Maturity Models (CMM), Software Capability Evaluation (SCE), and Business Process Reengineering (BPR). A noted facilitator and trainer, she co-authored "Increasing Quality Payoff: Budget for Quality" which was presented at the 2nd Annual Quality Conference in Tokyo, Japan in 2000. As a Principal of Professional Solution Consultants, she employs her considerable quality management and assurance expertise to help organizations succeed.
